WOLF 10.12 (iOS & Android)

Our latest update brings a revamp to Achievements and features to make it easier to manage the mic and stage.

Broadcast Bar

The new Broadcast Bar makes it easier to manage the mic and Stage, including being able to mute, drop the mic and, depending on your permission level, change the stage theme and mute others all from the Broadcast Bar. There is also the ‘Push To Talk’ feature which allows you to either hold the button to talk or ‘lock’ it to talk in hands-free mode.

It’s also super simple to switch back and forth between chat mode and the Broadcast Bar by toggling the new keyboard/DJ icon underneath the Stage.

When switching from DJ mode to Chat mode, the Push To Talk feature will still be accessible.

Achievements Revamp

Achievements are an important part of the WOLF experience so we’ve given them some love in this update to make them easier to view.

The main Achievements page has been restructured so you can now easily see the key information associated with each Achievement.

There are 2 views available: List and Grid (which you can see below).

Another element added to Achievements is that they all now have levels, which is also a feature of Group Achievements.

Level Descr Example
1Achievements that are very common, easy to achieve, and that most users would have.Social Butterfly (for being in the app a day or more)
2Achievements that are slightly less common and more difficult to Achieve.Earning 2000 points in Countdown Bot.
3Achievements that are significantly more difficult to obtain, which a smaller number of users will have.Pro Angler Achievement for having caught over 100k Fish.
4Very rare Achievements that not many users will have obtained.Rockhound Achievement for having owned all Gemstone Charms.
5The rarest and most difficult of all Achievement levels to obtain. Only a very small number of users will have them.Later stages of the Popularity Award for having been gifted Charms.
SpecialAwarded for unique events/duties in the app.Being a volunteer, winning a scavenger hunt, etc.

The Grid View also makes for good screenshotting and sharing your Achievements with friends. Humble bragging encouraged

You’ll also be able to tap into specific Achievements to see the ‘celebration’ screen which, while looking so much snazzier, also makes it easier to follow progress on multi and scalable Achievements.

Welcome Pages and What’s New Pages (iOS)

We’ve introduced a new welcome experience to give new users an immediate taste of the festival waiting for them in WOLF.

We’ve also included a new ‘What’s New’ page to give you an overview of the new features you’ll have access to when updating to a new version of WOLF.
